in our company we use TWEXP to generate Word documents.
We write figure and table legends in attributes WEXP Figure Caption and WEXP Table Caption.
This work fine.
But if an Object is tagged as Requirement in attributes WEXP Template, with in the bookmark Requirement of the .dot file :
OBJECT TEMPLATES
<<Object Identifier>>
<<Object Text:richtext>>
we never have legends in this case.
Why ?

I hazard the guess that the exporter logic doesn't take into account that a figure or table maybe a requirement, and so doesn't process the label fields if an object is a requirement. If that's the case the exporter needs to be changed.
As a workaround you could put the captions in as object text on their own. (To keep them together you can put the figure captions as children of the figure, but table captions need to be the parent of a table.)
